Meet Paula our Community Fundraising Manager
Our Community Fundraising Manager Paula Parle has worked at the Hospice for 6 years and is our link to all thing’s community. Responsible for supporting Third Party Events, Public Street Collections, Collection Boxes, managing our Support and Community Groups, also our Bring a Pound to Workday initiative.
Paula's role is to support our community in all areas this may be families and friends impacted by the care a loved one has received, local businesses, support groups or community groups. Also, the wider community of those who want to help support the work we do either financially or through their valuable time knowing that Woodlands Hospice is here with the care, love and support needed at any time should it be required.Paula will chat, email, or spend time with all our supporters to ensure that their Woodlands journey of fundraising is everything they wish to achieve. What matters to you matters to Paula.

If you're looking to support the Hospice though organising an event whatever the size or format Paula is here with the resources and enthusiasm to help you from start to finish. Across the years our community has developed a wide range of activities from coffee mornings to concerts.
If you wish to hold a raffle or race day, quiz, or bingo event, dress down day or use your talents to sew, knit or create items to sell we are here to support. Paula also organises our public street collections around the city and alongside our amazing community volunteers supports our network of collection boxes.
